Hello, today I was here for your quarterly service. I knocked down any visible cobwebs from the exterior of your home. I applied a liquid residual throughout the kitchen, living room perimeters targeting roaches as well as inside the kitchen cabinets targeting roaches(please allow an hour for cabinets to dry before placing anything back). I placed two roach gel bait stations on the kitchen countertop targeting roaches and gel bait in the cabinet hinges targeting roaches. I placed two glue boards to monitor roach activity. I applied a liquid residual throughout the exterior foundation of your home including doors and windows targeting roaches and other general pests. Hello! Today I completed your initial service. I completed an inspection of your home and found carpenter ant activity to the rear left side of the home as well as damage to the tree in the back yard. I applied a bait to the tree as well as that rear corner. I then applied a liquid residual to the exterior foundation. Your termite monitors were placed around the exterior of the home.
